One form, both audiences
Your first answer routes the enquiry, so it reaches someone who can actually help rather than a general inbox.

Questions we are asked most
Split by audience, because the two sides of the business get asked very different things.
For individuals
How do I know which programme is right for me?
Book an admissions call. We will review your background, ask what you want to be doing in two years, and recommend a track — or tell you plainly that the timing is wrong and what to do first. That conversation is free and carries no obligation.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Tuition can be paid in interest-free instalments across the programme duration. We publish the full cost before you enrol and we do not use income-share agreements, because we would rather you owned the decision outright.
What if I am already working full-time?
Most participants are. Sessions run evenings and weekends, and the expected commitment is 12 to 15 hours a week including assignment work. It is demanding, and it is the normal case rather than the exception.
Who decides what goes into the curriculum?
The instructors, and they are constrained by the work. Every instructor spends roughly 40% of their time on live client delivery, and the curriculum is reviewed against what that delivery actually required each quarter. When something stops appearing in real projects it comes out, even if it is comfortable to teach and popular with candidates.
Can I speak to someone who completed the programme?
Ask on your admissions call. Once cohorts are running we will connect you with people from your track — including, if you ask, someone who found it harder than they expected.
For organisations
How quickly can you start?
Advisory engagements typically start within two to three weeks. Staffing shortlists take five to eight business days. Delivery teams depend on size and skill mix — usually three to five weeks for a standard pod.
What is the smallest engagement you take?
A two-week architecture review or assessment. We would rather do a small piece of well-scoped work that proves useful than take on something large before either side knows whether the fit is right.
Do you work with our existing vendors and internal teams?
Routinely, and it is usually the better arrangement. Blended teams are our default for delivery work, and we frequently operate alongside an incumbent partner. We will tell you if we think a vendor arrangement is not serving you, but we will not manufacture a reason to replace someone.
How do you price engagements?
Fixed price where scope is genuinely well understood, time and materials where the work involves real discovery. We will tell you which one your project is, and we do not fixed-price discovery work — that only produces padded estimates or a change-order argument later.
Do you sign NDAs and work under our contracts?
Yes to both. We can work under your master services agreement or provide ours. We carry professional liability and cyber coverage, and can supply certificates and security documentation during procurement.
What happens to the code and documentation at the end?
It is yours, without qualification — source, documentation, infrastructure definitions and IP. We retain no licences or reuse rights over work you paid for, and this is written into every contract we sign.
