These terms govern your use of the Novel Technologies website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Separate written agreements govern our training programmes, consulting engagements and staffing services. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement takes precedence for that service.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, graphics, logos and code — is owned by Novel Technologies LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell or redistribute site content without written permission.

This does not affect ownership of work we deliver under an engagement. Where we build software for a client, ownership of that work transfers to the client as set out in the engagement agreement — source, documentation and intellectual property.

We make a genuine effort to keep this site accurate and current, including programme details and pricing indications. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Where this site describes durations, formats, cohort sizes or scope, those describe what we offer and are not commitments to any individual outcome. Hiring outcomes in particular depend on market conditions, individual performance and factors outside our control.

No guarantee of employment

Our training programmes do not include job placement, interview coaching or résumé services. We do not guarantee employment, a particular salary, or any hiring outcome. Any statement to the contrary, from any source, is not authorised by us.
